Best Investment Your Money Can Buy!

First of all I LOVE, LOVE LOVE, this product, The Complete Art Hanging System and have now purchased this product I think about 5 or 6 times. I was disappointed however, that I could not order this product in "bulk" or all at one time, as to not have to pay the $30.00 shipping cost each time I purchased one set, since only 1 is available at a time. In turn, I ended up ordering each set as a separate transaction. This slowed me up, quite a bit, trying to get them installed for the next upcoming art show and also calling out an installer to come out for 4 visits sure added up. As a consumer, my input coming from my own personal experience is really my only complaint. Would be awesome if these could be ordered in bulk for future purchases. I have highly recommended this product to about four associates now in the art scene, but have also alerted every person about this very issue from the ordering aspect. Just would be nice to have the option of order for example, 4 sets all at once and pay one shipping fee cost. Also if you need more hooks, rail brackets, or suspension wire, from what I can tell, you pretty much have to order a whole new system, just to get more of any extra items. Some of my tracks had to be custom cut, so I have "extra" short rails that I wanted to have installed on a few on my short walls but there are only enough brackets to hang the even set.

On the contrary, I must sum up this review by saying as far as customer product satisfaction goes, that this product is FANTASTIC and such a great addition to my art gallery! It makes it look so classy and the product is very easy to use and is pretty much hassle-free! The cables a very heavy duty and what I love best about them is they are kink-free and bounce back into shape, even after the extra ends have been coiled up. So in review of the product, I have to give it 5 stars!!!

Great art hanging system but extra parts are hard to come by

The art hanging system is great. It looks nice and is easy to use. The problem I have is that it came with 6 cables and 6 art hooks, so you can only hang 6 pieces of art. Ideally, the set would come with more. I went to buy extra hooks from the vendor. They have them and they are only a few dollars a peice, but the shipping cost for the little tiny pieces is ridiculous at $16. Doesn't make me want to recommend this system over others that are out there.

This product is good and pretty much does what it says. The only problem with the title "Complete Art Hanging System" is the word 'complete'. Being a first time user, it was unclear how many 'extra' pieces - cables and cable grippers - would be needed. It is of course way over priced because there just isn't much (if any) competition.
