This brand new picture frame is manufactured in the USA at our facility in Ithaca, Michigan using the best materials and tools available. Our picture and poster frames LARGER THAN OR EQUAL TO 12x18 inches (inside dimensions) include clear STYRENE facing, a rigid cardboard backing and hanging hardware. Some assembly is required to attach the hanging hardware to the frame. Visit our seller info page for assembly instructions. Hanging hardware includes: (2) 1" Nails, (1) 30# capacity Wall Hanger, (1) 4' length of Hanging Wire, (2) D-Rings, (2) 1/2" Screws. Before hanging your frame, please remember to peel off the blue protective film from the styrene facing (or acrylic facing if you upgraded) for maximum clarity. Frame was nice, have no complaints. If you are looking for art frames this frame is not for you but for everyday photos or to make a poster standout this is the frame for you. nicely priced....I would recommend this to a friend.

did my own custom framing :)

I can't believe the prices on these frames I bought from Craig. No, I didn't use glass, but I didn't want it, and I did upgrade 3 of them (of 5 total) to the acrylic and completed my own custom framing job for a tiny fraction of what a store would have cost me, and they look great. I was framing vintage poster prints, and my word, art.com wanted 3 times what I ended up paying, for basically the same thing. Specifically, I was really happy with the quality and look of these frames for the price. I looked around for a while and didn't know what I was going to get in person, but they compliment my dining room well - simple and sleek, but not too plain. And I love that they came with all the hardware I needed, and though I wasn't thrilled with putting on the D-rings myself, Craig's website had easy-to-follow instructions. I'm also not sure it's essential to upgrade from the plastic to acrylic, but my huge windows were going to be shining right on these, so to be safe, I did. There's still glare, though maybe not as much, and the clarity does look good. Craig had them pretty well protected and everything was together - custom mats plus acrylic, so it was relatively easy to put in my prints and hang them.

Great frames for the price.....

I ordered four of these frames for 20 X 30 collages that I ordered. These frames are nice for the price that they are selling them for. They came packaged VERY well and all 4 frames came without any dents, dings, or scratches. I am pleased with these frames and would order them again.
