This brand new picture frame is manufactured in the USA at our facility in Ithaca, Michigan using the best materials and tools available. Our picture and poster frames LARGER THAN OR EQUAL TO 12x18 inches (inside dimensions) include clear STYRENE facing, a rigid cardboard backing and hanging hardware. Some assembly is required to attach the hanging hardware to the frame. Visit our seller info page for assembly instructions. Hanging hardware includes: (2) 1" Nails, (1) 30# capacity Wall Hanger, (1) 4' length of Hanging Wire, (2) D-Rings, (2) 1/2" Screws. Before hanging your frame, please remember to peel off the blue protective film from the styrene facing (or acrylic facing if you upgraded) for maximum clarity. Just complete garbage

This frame (22x14) is seriously the worst frame I have ever seen. It screams cheap, but goes beyond that to neglect that makes me suspect Craig Frames is actively trying sell a terrible product.
It has a cardboard back, which isn't the worst thing. I've had plenty of cardboard frames, but this one is particularly soft.
The frame is kind of made out wood -- if you can call it that. The little fingers on the frame that hold the back are pretty poor. Worse, and in showing a complete lack of care, the fingers aren't even aligned properly. Like someone threw them on randomly.
The worst part is the "glass." Yes, it is made out of plastic. I get that and knew when I ordered. What I didn't know is that this plastic was maybe a micron thicker than cling wrap. It cannot hold its shape and cannot hold any items flat. It is wavy and looks terrible.
No one should ever buy this frame, at least in sizes with plastic. I'm offended that my UPS guy even had t o deliver it.

Decent frame; nothing special

I bought two of these frames for concert posters because I couldn't find 14x20 in stores. They're adequate and about what I expected. One disappointment was the cheap cardboard backing to hold the poster in place--the packaging in which the frames were shipped had much stronger cardboard!
